Online Reservation
Destinations2u, LPS Reservation’s Online Reservation Portal provides online reservation facilities for your customers, which can consist of the general public and also timeshare members. Destinations2u can be used to make reservations not only for hotel and resort rooms, but also for property services (spa, massage, etc.) to further increase the comfort of a customer’s stay. Customers can also opt to make payment for reservations using credit card, timeshare membership points or vouchers.
You can have your very own reservation portal with our Private Labeling option, and at the same time, build a stronger brand for your company.
Property Portfolio Management
LPS Reservation's Property Portfolio Management provides you with a full-fledged feature set to manage your property profiles. This includes property details, room types, room configurations (lock-in and lock-out), room and property facilities, location maps and much more.
Inventory Management
LPS Reservation's Inventory Management allows you to effectively and efficiently manage and allocate rooms for rental purposes and for usage by timeshare members. Equipped with an extensive engine, Inventory Management has the ability to intelligently search inventories based on certain sets of rules to find a room that best suits the needs of a reservation request. Inventory Management provides you the flexibility of packaging inventories in terms of days, weeks and monthly fractions for reservations.
Comprehensive reports are provided to track inventory utilization ratios, incoming guest summaries, occupancy rates and many others, promoting effective and accurate decision-making.
Property Services
LPS Reservation’s Property Services provides you with the means of offering extra services such as spa, massage, tour trips etc. to your members in addition to room nights. These services can be purchased with either the members’ entitlement or by credit card.
Package Management
LPS Reservation’s Package Management incorporates flexible tools for you to fully customize the right packages and products for sale. Create packages of unique exclusiveness by varying the price, type and amount of entitlement, as well as attaching different sets of rules that define the privileges for each package.
Membership Management
LPS Reservation’s Membership Management is a robust feature that allows you to manage your timeshare members with ease. With Membership Management, you can track, advance and accrue your members’ entitlements, and view member reservation histories. Members themselves can log on via the Internet to view and monitor their membership details.
Membership Management is designed to work hand in hand with LPS Membership (currently under development) to provide for richer membership management features such as the tracking of payment for maintenance fees, membership installment plans and many more.
