Product Management
LPS Membership’s Product Management incorporates comprehensive tools for you to profile your membership products. Be it golf, yacht, club or any other forms of membership, Product Management allows you to manage your product details, pricing information, fees (late payment, maintenance or annual fees) and many others with great ease.
LPS Membership’s Product Management includes a specially designed Timeshare module that allows you to easily profile your timeshare membership products. This add-on module allows you to configure membership entitlement information, usage types - odd or even (bi-annual) or full, and many more.
Members Management
LPS Membership’s Member Management allows you to find and access your member’s profile quickly through a powerful search engine. You can then effectively manage your members’ profiles and keep tab on their membership status. Enriched with a host of other features such as the ability to upgrade, downgrade, suspend, terminate, activate and re-instate memberships, managing your members has never been easier. The inclusion of nominee information (spouse, family members, corporate staff for corporate memberships, etc), allow nominees to share the benefits that come along with the principal’s membership.
LPS Membership’s Member Management includes a robust Timeshare module that allows you to manage membership entitlements, you can seamlessly perform advance, accrue, extension and adjustment on your members’ entitlement.
Finance Management
LPS Membership’s Finance Management allows you to effortlessly manage the account receivables (billings and receipts) of your members. Incorporated with mortgage functionalities which cater for both adjustable rate mortgages and fixed rate mortgages, you can provide flexible payment options for your members. This is further supplemented by the auto-billing feature that simplifies your billing procedures.
Reservation Integration*
LPS Membership’s Reservation Integration seamlessly integrates with LPS Reservation to provide a gateway for Timeshare members to manage their membership details, view their statement of accounts and make payments. Through the portal, members can also make reservations and view their reservation history online.
